    Your role

    Do you enjoy problem solving? Do you have strong analytical skills and apply attention to detail when managing projects? Do you want to play a key role in how we make and execute strategies to differentiate our business in APAC?

    We are looking for someone who can:

    • Drive revenue generating and efficiency improvement opportunities for Global IM APAC team, leveraging different functional teams and their value add to the wealth management business.
    • Develop high-quality presentations to drive decision making with senior management
    • Facilitate key projects and prioritize ad-hoc topics of Global IM APAC team that impacts multiple functions within the team.
    • Collaborate across multiple functions and locations in APAC and work with Global teams to achieve business targets.
    • Ensure regulatory requirements (local and global) and UBS policy requirements are fully integrated into IPS offerings, advice processes, methodologies, platforms and trade execution
    • Coordinate and drive wide range of tasks such as planning, analytical, administrative, logistical or quality control to ensure a smooth day to day business operation

    Your team

    You will be working in Global Investment Management APAC team. It is full of a highly diverse group of professionals, with a very high energy and vibrant atmosphere. We are responsible for a large part of the Investment products and solutions (Discretionary and Advisory Mandates, long only and Alternative funds, Life Insurance and Wealth Planning). This requires seamless partnership across multiple stakeholders of the firm. We drive our team's priorities regionally and coordinate all initiatives of the different product teams across all Asia Pacific locations.

    Your expertise

    • At least 5 years of professional experience in top tier management consulting firm or equivalent in-house corporate position (preferably in banking industry)
    • Experience working in large and complex projects involving various stakeholders and locations
    • Knowledge of Wealth Management would be beneficial but not essential
    • Organized, structured and responds well under pressure
    • Strong written and verbal communicator that can explain complex topics intuitively
    • Strong relationship builder and persuasive when interacting with colleagues at all levels
