Job Description:


  • Manage and coordinate the design process for water and wastewater projects, including feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design, and construction drawings and specifications
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team, ensuring that all designs are in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage and coordinate with other departments and external consultants to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Review and approve all designs and technical documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop solutions to resolve any problems that arise during the design process
  • Ensure that all designs comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project managers, engineers, and other team members as required.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in design management role with multidiscipline detailed design of facilities
  • Familiarity with engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD
  • Effective communication and relationship skills
  • Knowledge of safety and environment regulations
