Restaurant General Manager, Japanese Restaurant, Luxury Hotel, Singapore
Salary up to SGD 6,800 (USD 5,050) per month
We are looking for a
Restaurant
General Manager to run the hotels Japanese restaurant.
Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager:
- Report to the Food and Beverage Director
- Manage daytoday operations and mentor the team
- Ensuring all aspects of the restaurant services are maintained and surpassed
- Monitor the sales and expenses
- Constantly improve the guest experience
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have at least two years of experience as a Restaurant manager or four as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- You will need to be fluent in Japanese
- Have expertise in Standalone Destination Restaurants or luxury hotels
- Have finedining experience
- Have excellent communication and Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
