Restaurant General Manager, Japanese Restaurant, Luxury Hotel, Singapore

Salary up to SGD 6,800 (USD 5,050) per month
We are looking for a
Restaurant
General Manager to run the hotels Japanese restaurant.

Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager:

Report to the Food and Beverage Director
Manage daytoday operations and mentor the team
Ensuring all aspects of the restaurant services are maintained and surpassed
Monitor the sales and expenses
Constantly improve the guest experience

You will be a great fit if you:

Have at least two years of experience as a Restaurant manager or four as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
You will need to be fluent in Japanese
Have expertise in Standalone Destination Restaurants or luxury hotels
Have finedining experience
Have excellent communication and Leadership skills
Attention to detail
