Interview scheduling, sourcing, and screening of resume if recruiter is overwhelmed.- Talent engagement and mapping, using LinkedIn
- Campus recruitment and internship program
- Recruitment for frontline positions such as Guest Service, and Customer Service Executives
- Following up on documents collections, and conduct reference checks
- Reference checks, preparing letter of employment for new hire, which include obtaining approval from respective designated approvers
- Supporting any other adhoc TA admin or project work
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Human Resource studies
- At least 23 years experience in campus recruitment and TA coordination. Fresh graduates with internship experience in similar function are welcome to apply.
- Personality: Outspoken, proactive, keen to learn, and creative
- Knowledge in using LinkedIn is an advantage
- Knowledge in using Application Tracking System is an advantage
- Knowledge in creating posters for recruitment or employer branding activities is an advantage
