- Conceptualization, execution and management of marketing campaigns, source for partnerships and new marketing initiatives to drive footfall and retailer sales.
- Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance shoppers' experience through the mall's activities to drive traffic and increase tenants' sales
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities.
- Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
- Update content of various digital and social media platforms.
- Proactive in identifying new digital initiatives to drive and strengthen mall's online presence.
- Administer the leasing of atrium and kiosk spaces.
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
- 2 years of relevant experiences in the shopping mall or retail industry
- Creative, meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication or presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
