The role also takes ownership for the renewal process for GWS Enterprise strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivation activities to expand the GWS Enterprise client base by identifying, engaging and developing relationships with new customers

  • Establishes corporate client relationships with key decisionmakers across various organizational levels
  • Take ownership for the renewal process for GWS Enterprise strategic clients
  • Coordination and governance of renewal activity throughout the sales process including the proposal, pricing, presentations and negotiations
  • Collaborates with Sales and Client Solutions and divisional leadership to develop a concise plan to accomplish the retention and acquisition of clients/markets, focusing on our valueadd as 'expert advisors' rather than 'tactical or transaction specialists'.
  • Manage the creation of renewal proposals, presentations, and other clientfacing activities with the solutions excellence team to ensure that solution response captures the solution elements.
  • Leads interactions in a clientfacing role strategic renewals and expansions.
  • Translate CBRE's differentiation and win strategies into the solution to secure account retention.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with country account teams, sales, SME's and commercial team to ensure the win strategies are effectively articulated into the client solution
  • Strong understanding of each GWS service offering, platform, and value proposition, and the broader CBRE service lines.
  • Stays abreast of industry dynamics; evaluates industry and business trends and analyzes performance and responds with necessary business change
  • Sector growth strategy development to create compelling and thoughtful solutions that create value and provide a point of differentiation
  • CBRE GSW leadership support for Real Estate industry events ie CoreNet, IFMA
  • Working with GWS Enterprise Sales & Solutions team to support and develop compelling value propositions and win strategies through enhanced client relationships


  • Qualifications and Education

  • Complex solutions sales or consulting experience required, commercial Real Estate or outsourcing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from fouryear college or university. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of years of related experience in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred
  • Experience must include a minimum of 7 years business development experience, developing outsourcing solutions, pricing and org development models
  • CoreNet membership and participation in local and regional events desired

  • Demonstrated customer relationship management experience
