What the role is

  • The Finance Systems Transformation team under the Finance, Systems and Projects directorate spearheads transformation and digitalisation in areas that cut across the Finance, Procurement and Shared Services functions of the Public Service.

What you will be working on

  • As an officer of the team, you will catalyse and lead change. You will be the strategist, implementer and technology advocate for MOF and the Whole of Government's corporate services. You will work with stakeholders to conceptualise transformation initiatives, review policies and business models, redesign processes, and implement solutions. As the transformation work covers Finance, Procurement and Shared Services functions, you will work closely with other public agencies.

What we are looking for

  • Familiarity or interest in strategy formulation, process optimisation, change management, project management and digital transformation.
  • Experience in Finance, Procurement and Shared Services functions in the Public Sector would be an advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking and conceptualisation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and can engage diverse stakeholders, e.g. senior management, IT team and other agencies
  • Team player, independent, resourceful, and adaptable
