    Office Administrative Duties

    • Company handphones asset management
    • Application and renewal of season parking
    • Annual renewal of company vehicle motor insurance and road tax
    • Update of Directory Lists
    • Source for vendors and verification of invoices
    • Perform relief duties at reception

    Board Secretariat

    • Coordination of Board & Committee meetings
    • Minutes taking
    • Organise Board Induction & Orientation Programmes
    • Compilation of annual Board Members' Self-Evaluation documents

    Corporate Secretariat

    • Circulation and compilation of Annual AGM / EGM documents and Directors' Resolutions
    • Any other duties as and when assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years' relevant working experience
    • Good written and verbal communication
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy
    • Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all levels
    • A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills
