- Circulation and compilation of Annual AGM / EGM documents and Directors' Resolutions
- Any other duties as and when assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years' relevant working experience
- Good written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy
- Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all levels
- A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills
