    Customer Experience Representative Summary: Process customer sales orders, provide customer service, and ensure timely delivery of shipments while maintaining customer satisfaction.

    The Lubrizol Corporation, a global specialty chemical company, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join its team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer sales orders, providing customer service, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will work closely with account managers, planners, logistics, compliance, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Order Management:
      • Place orders accurately and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely delivery.
      • Provide information about product availability and order status to customers.
      • Process requests and deliveries for free of charge samples with appropriate approvals.
    • Customer Relationship and Engagement:
      • Act as an advocate for customers within the supply chain.
      • Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
      • Highlight major changes in customers' demands and sales trends to the Demand & Supply Planner.
    • Internal Improvement:
      • Address customer service-related complaints and implement corrective actions.
      • Regularly review and summarize complaint reports to initiate projects and enhance operation excellence.
      • Track customer service KPIs and metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in international trading, logistics, supply chain management, or business management.
    • Experience: 3 years minimum with an MNC company in a supply chain function.
    • Main Core Competencies:
      • Drive and deliver results in a collaborative way.
      • Problem-solving and drive for improvement.
      • Communicate effectively.
    • Knowledge, Technical/Professional Skill:
      • MS Office knowledge, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
      • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
      • Knowledge of international trade techniques.
    • Language Skill: Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
