    We are currently recruiting for an Innovation Lead for the APAC region, to be based in Singapore. As the

    Innovation Lead for APAC , you will drive Innovation Acceleration for Asia Pacific by identifying & driving Strategic Big Bets within the portfolio

    Responsibilities:
    Lead Innovation thinking for the region to help accelerate innovation pipeline sales across the key Brand-Market combinations.
    Identify & drive strategic Big Bets within the portfolio across the region to help accelerate growth in the region.

    Partner R&D & markets in landing innovation operating model and front-end innovationsDrive innovation execution excellence by leveraging learnings from across the region as well as globally.

    Partner with Global Category and markets in executing global brand strategies and priorities.

    Lead operating rhythm of innovation reviews across the region as well as with global categories & also to drive focus behind the strategic innovation priorities for the region.


    Requirements:
    12 years+ experience in sales & marketing across large business/markets
