    Position Overview:

    The Client Advisor is the first touchpoint for prospective clients, and works towards creating a positive and impressive experience leading to an engagement opportunity. You will need to demonstrate consultative sales skills and the ability to creatively generate leads, build lasting client relationships and close deals. Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively reach out to potential clients to support students / parents with university admissions preparation
    • Respond promptly to enquiries to promote IvyPrep's services and hold consultations with prospective clients in a professional manner and that aligns with IvyPrep's brand
    • Demonstrate deep knowledge of overseas university systems, testing requirements and latest developments / trends in admissions and testing, and be able to share them with clients to guide them towards selecting options best suited for them
    • Understand students' academic goals and aspirations, and strengths and weaknesses, and build a personalized plan for students with the recommended programs
    • Based on recommended plan, discuss options and costs with clients and follow through to engagement
    • Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and effective manner, and address any remaining questions / concerns clearly and satisfactorily
    • Successfully close sales deals with clients

    Requirements:

    • Degree from a reputable local or overseas university, undergraduate experience in an overseas university is desirable
    • At least 2 years of sales experience in the education or services industry
    • Professional level written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Growth-oriented mindset and goal/objective driven
    • Ability to work well independently and reliably in a small, fast paced team environment
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
    • Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
