About the role as Finance Executive - This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn the ropes providing strategic financial advice and guidance to the team

What you can offer us?


Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage the organization's budget, forecast financial performance, and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.


Accounting and Reporting:
Oversee the organization's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.


Treasury and Cash Management:

Manage the organization's cash flow, including monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, forecasting cash needs, and managing cash reserves.


Risk Management:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial risks to the organization.


Taxation:
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns.


Strategic Planning:

Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team and board of directors in developing and implementing the organization's strategic plans.

What do you need to succeed in the above role?

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent accounting skills and other financial reporting standards.
Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
