Responsibilities:


  • Sales support in submitting quotations and proposals
  • Generate sales quotation
  • Receive payments, issue reminders and followup on outstanding account
  • Prepare sales report and ageing report
  • Coordinate sales and purchase orders, manage lead time
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Adhoc sales support duties
  • AWS, Bonus, Holidays, Career Advancement

Requirements:


  • Proficient in Microsoft office & computer skills.
  • Interest in Administrative tasks & Sales related mattersMeticulous and wellorganised
  • Possess a keen to learn attitude and is a team player
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
