Responsibilities:
- Sales support in submitting quotations and proposals
- Generate sales quotation
- Receive payments, issue reminders and followup on outstanding account
- Prepare sales report and ageing report
- Coordinate sales and purchase orders, manage lead time
- Manage stock inventory
- Adhoc sales support duties
- AWS, Bonus, Holidays, Career Advancement
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft office & computer skills.
- Interest in Administrative tasks & Sales related mattersMeticulous and wellorganised
- Possess a keen to learn attitude and is a team player
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
