Store Manager - Singapore - TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Description
Main Responsibilities
- Organization and responsibility over efficiency and operation of 2 to 7 stores in Singapore.
- Ensuring reaching of sales targets, analyzing shops performance, development and implementation of measures for sales boosting.
- Personnel management: control over following company standards, quality customer service, conducting job interviews, teaching new employees, drawing up a work schedule, control over adherence to work schedules.
- Organizing of correct work with goods: merchandising, correct acceptance, distribution among shops, control over bb dates and storage conditions, taking part in inventory, reconciliation of results.
- Organization over correct cash operations conduct, and staff training.
- Organization and responsibility over adherence to technical conditions for shops, trading rules, solving administrative issues, and control over business documentation.
- Assistance in servicing and resolving conflict situations with customers inside the store.
- Taking part in the opening of new stores.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitasking.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
