Main Responsibilities

Organization and responsibility over efficiency and operation of 2 to 7 stores in Singapore.
Ensuring reaching of sales targets, analyzing shops performance, development and implementation of measures for sales boosting.
Personnel management: control over following company standards, quality customer service, conducting job interviews, teaching new employees, drawing up a work schedule, control over adherence to work schedules.
Organizing of correct work with goods: merchandising, correct acceptance, distribution among shops, control over bb dates and storage conditions, taking part in inventory, reconciliation of results.
Organization over correct cash operations conduct, and staff training.
Organization and responsibility over adherence to technical conditions for shops, trading rules, solving administrative issues, and control over business documentation.
Assistance in servicing and resolving conflict situations with customers inside the store.
Taking part in the opening of new stores.

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitasking.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
