Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all the operations of the kitchen.
- Responsible for preparation of food ingredients and cook designated items on the menu.
- Ensure all foods prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency.
- Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment e.g. ovens, refrigerators, utensils, etc.
- Adhere statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines. Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years food & beverage experience in managerial or supervisory level.
- Need to work on Public Holiday and weekends.
- Possess with Food Safety / Hygiene Certification.
