    Description

    Summary

    Provides customized service solutions according to the specific service needs of customers and achieve continuous business growth. Manages the growing asset management service needs of laboratories in various industries, such as overall relocation, maintenance and compliance verification, and other professional service needs. Manages the planning, hardware installation and configuration, optimization, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center. Oversees systems performance, the monitoring of equipment and the management of vendor relationships. Responsible for capacity planning and continual assessments for process improvement to ensure that processes are well-documented, sustainable and scalable. Monitors ongoing practices to ensure consistency with policies, compliance regulations and control requirements. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

    Key accountabilities

  • Understand market dynamics, actively explore the market, and achieve company sales targets.
  • Familiar with the company and competitive product knowledge, introduce Enterprise service projects to customers.
  • Understand and master the market conditions of the responsible sales area and analyze and control.
  • Visit customers and introduce project solutions.
  • Actively develop new customers, organize customer materials, and establish customer information files.
  • Complete customer negotiations, contract signing, order follow-ups, and post-maintenance work. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with specialization in Chemistry or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years and above of sales experience in chemistry/pharmaceutical/biological laboratory support industry.
  • Good inter-personal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with assertive and result oriented personality with drive and high energy.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office
  • Strong and confident decision-maker who is capable and has the experience to make tough decision when required for a sales and service organization.
  • Capable of building a strong link between the company and awareness of needs of customers.
  • Familiar with the project bidding and procurement process.
  • Proactive, innovative, willing to accept challenges, strong learning ability, and stress resistance.
