- Providing legal support on establishing the compliance system and important business activities, including gaming, data privacy, corporate and etc.
- Analyzing legal issues under the regulations and policies of Singapore, America, and other countries, ensuring legitimacy and compliance, and reducing regulatory and political risk efficiently
- Provide legal advice to stakeholders and operation teams on a wide range of corporate commercial matters, draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements related particularly to projects, inter-company matters, employment, compliance, intellectual property, and other corporate matters
- University Law Degree, with 5-7 years of post-graduate experience practicing law as an in-house counsel, associated lawyer or similar role
- Previous experience in the Gaming industry or Technology companies is beneficial
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial
