We are looking for high caliber individual to fill the following positions.


Responsibilities:

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Broaden the Auriga brand awareness in the region through digital and conventional marketing
  • Work closely with Auriga Corporate Communications to maintain up to date, relevant and exciting digital awareness via the company website and via other relevant advertising
  • To coordinate closely with Auriga logistics and sales and marketing arms to exploit existing networks and connections in order to expand the Auriga brand throughout the region and uncover other business opportunities such as potential acquisitions in order to grow the business
  • To leverage on existing Auriga business relations with principals across the region and develop opportunities to expand business within each country and across the region with those principals
  • Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short
- and long-term financial goals

  • Manage research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings and prepares information for decisionmaking.
  • Manage/coordinate the negotiation process with the key country stakeholders. Coordinate with key stakeholders to prepare contracts, providing inputs/advice on proper pricing and contract terms. Identify upselling opportunities and manage/coordinate with key stakeholders for contract renegotiations with existing Principals.
  • Manage the improvement of current Business Development processes and crossfunctional collaboration to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
  • Establish longterm relationships with potential Principals/customers with the view to enhance business opportunities.
  • With the input from key country stakeholders, continually develop and present a pragmatic Business Development strategy for the business covering both broad and focussed business development activities taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of all countries.

Requirements:

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in healthcare (pharmaceutical; medical devices and/or medical equipment) industry is a must
  • Minimum 57 years' experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc. Preferably having APAC market experience.
  • Good in networking
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, keen to meet people and engage in business associations and networking platforms
- to large-sized companies in similar industries

  • Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
  • Proven Principal and customer account management skills
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in crosscountry/cultural interactions
  • Must be hard working, resilient, good communicator and presenter
  • Experience in both principal and distributor companies would be an advantage
  • Experience in working on tenders (RFQ/RFP) process would be an advantage
  • Must be able to travel, excellent English skills, advantage if can also speak other languages
  • Preferably based in Singapore or other SEA regions
