Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounts Manager in daily accounting operation including G/L, A/P, A/R, cheque issues, invoice checking, data inputs and filing etc
- Handle bank reconciliation (for Fund accounts as well)
- Assist Accounts Manager/CFO in month end reporting procedures
- Assist and support in any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Able to prepare General Leger as per local SME Accounting Regulations under IRAS
- Assist Accounts Manager for Tax and Quarterly GST (if required)
- Maintenance daily Bank activities (for Fund accounts as well)
Requirement:
- Diploma or above major in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with experience in basic accounting
- Possess accounting knowledge and interest in building up accounting policy
- Possess accounting sense of confidentiality, honesty and stability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills particularly in Excel
- Be familiar with QuickBook
