    Job Overview

    As App Marketing expert, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention to ensure the success and growth of client's eCommerce app in the region. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of mobile app marketing.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • App Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to drive app downloads, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • User Acquisition: Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, SEM, app stores, and other relevant platforms.
    • Campaign Optimization: Help local SEA markets achieve their App sales targets through strong guidance & governance.
    • App Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of App marketing campaigns.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with regional & local teams developing strategic and tactical app marketing guides & playbooks for the achievement of business goals.

    Job specific Knowledge& Skills

    • Strong hands-on knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Google Firebase, Branch, Kochava etc.
    • Proven experience in mobile app marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
    • Prior experience of running app re-targeting campaigns with strong familiarity with mobile app attribution, app user journey & app-events for App conversions tracking.
    • Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with deep understanding of ad platforms (including but not limited to Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, DV360, Google Display Ads) and activation expertise in above platforms.
    • Knowledge of app campaign set up on social media platforms, including campaign creation, targeting options, budget optimization, and performance analysis.
    • Proficiency in using App analytics tools specific to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights) and third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather and interpret data.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and KPIs.

    General Management Knowledge & Skills

    • Able to understand legal and compliance issues related to social media marketing, including data privacy, copyright, and advertising regulations.
    • Collaborate effectively with teams across departments, such as planning, local market campaign teams, to ensure integrated and cohesive strategies.
    • Provide effective leadership to the performance strategies, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Strong communication skills to convey app media strategies, objectives, and results to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing space at a client or agency.
    • 3+ years of hands on experience in running & monitoring App campaigns.
