Overview of the Job
We are currently looking for a Senior Executive to join us.

You will be part of the Performance team, responsible for delivering media recommendations, optimizations and managing execution of campaign various online channels in the Singapore market.


You will own day-to-day campaign management, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination with internal teams as well as externally with media owners and agency partners.

This role reports to the Associate Director.

What Your Day Looks Like In Wavemaker:

  • Brief and follow up with media partners on proposals and evaluate the relevance and strength of proposals
  • Develop media recommendation and set clear KPIs for campaigns
  • Manage campaign implementation, digital campaign setup, ensuring all ads properly are tracked and measured, and working with media owners and agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time
  • Ensure regular reports are delivered on time with sound analysis, learnings and optimizations aligned with campaign KPIs
  • Build positive relationship with media partners, clients' agency partners, and internal teams, acting as first point of contact on operational matters

What you will need:


  • Minimum 2 years' handson experience managing paid search and/or social campaigns with a keen interest in all digital marketing disciplines
  • You currently live in Singapore and possess a good understanding of local media landscape
  • Prior experience in advertising industry (media agency, digital agency, creative agency, media owners) in Singapore will be an advantage.
  • You are analytical, curious and resilient in ensuring good work is delivered
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Campaign Manager, SA360, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good to have exposure with reporting dashboard solutions such as Datorama, Datastudio
  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred

In 3 months:


  • Acquire a good understanding of Wavemaker's planning process, proprietary tools and other research resources and how it can be applied to formulate insights and campaign plans.
  • Become familiar with GroupM's processes on campaign execution (optimization, reporting and billing) and be proficient in working with internal teams
  • Become familiar with GroupM's performance proposition and processes (optimization, reporting and billing)
  • Demonstrate good understanding of most, if not all platforms and systems that inform digital media planning

In 6 months:


  • Provide sustainable optimization to elevate client's campaigns on business level
  • Been confidently running client accounts independently, meeting all KPIs, having weekly/biweekly WIPs with clients, etc.
  • Own campaign implementation including digital performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Competent in project timeline management to ensure timely delivery/campaign launch.
  • Build positive relationship with clients, media owners and agency partners.

In 12 months:


  • Own campaign planning including proactive collaboration with various parties to develop compelling media solutions.
  • Be a reliable voice on performance planning, campaign setup, and performance optimization to both clients and internal team members
  • Ability to present media recommendation confidently to successfully sell in ideas.
  • Drive the testing of new betas, platforms, and other innovations for our clients
