    We are looking

    for a Senior / Manager, Events to join our team

    As a Senior / Manager, Events we rely on you to:

  • Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and requirements in order to provide professional advice to facilitate and assist on their planning.
  • Conduct venue inspections with the organizers or external contractors for planning meeting or event setup.
  • Provide menu recommendations or custom menu design to offer service flexibility as well as to drive upselling.
  • Coordinate food tasting arrangement for the organizers on high profile or special events prior to the event days to meet customer expectations.
  • Work independently with external vendors to coordinate on special event arrangement, such as venue theme decoration, entertainment arrangement, etc.
  • Develop close rapport with organizers to strengthen guest loyalty for repeat business in future.
  • Maintain an effective communication and cohesive working relationships with Sales & Marketing team, F&B and other operating departments of the hotel.
  • Observe and follow events management service guidelines and standards according to Events Manual.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • The successful candidate will be required to wear company issued uniforms in adherence to the property's grooming and uniform guidelines
