    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Planning Engineer /Project Engineer/Project Manager
    • - Civil / Building / Interior Design Project Coordinator
    • Senior Project Engineer (Civil/Building) - $4.5K-$6.5K
    • Develop, maintain and manage relationships with clients and related parties.
    • Manage and implement projects.
    • Coordinate with Project Manager.
    • Supervise and advise junior Project Engineer(s).
    • Check working drawing for discrepancies.
    • Track project variation and claims.
    • Review project costs regularly.
    • Plan and manage project schedule for timely delivery.
    • Inspect project materials.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and clients on site.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
    • Ability to supervise and manage projects effectively.
    • Independent, result-oriented team player with good communication skills.
    • Class 3 driving license is a plus.
    • Asst Project Manager/Project Manager ($5.5K-$7.5K)
    • Responsible for effective implementation and completion of construction projects.
    • Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
    • Provide expertise and supervision to the team.
    • Manage project phases from design to completion.
    • Ensure efficient resource use and cost-effectiveness.
    • Planning Engineer (Civil/Interior/Building) Responsibilities
    • Develop Tender Plans, Pre-construction programs, etc.
    • Plan stages of projects involving Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
    • Allocate resources, monitor allocation, and manage budget.
    • Monitor work progress and Contractors Performance.
    • Prepare monthly project progress reports.
    • Update Baseline Schedule, S-Curves, and Resources Histograms.
    • Support Senior Project Manager.
    • Assess time extension requests.
    • Travel to site offices as needed.
    • Qualification in Building Services Engineering preferred.
    • Computer literate – Prima Vera/Microsoft Office.
    • Minimum 4 years industry experience.
    • Project Coordinator
    • Manage projects by supervising and coordinating site activities.
    • Monitor work progress, attend meetings, liaise with clients.
    • Assist Project Manager with drawings and submissions.
    • Prepare project reports and documentation.
    • Address site problems proactively.
    • Ensure QA and QC compliance.
