What the role is
The Management Support Officer (MSO) is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to his/her Department, including customer service.
What you will be working on
Depending on the duties assigned, the MSO would be responsible for the following processes:
- Perform daily operations at counter and/or call centre, including administrative processes such as collecting payments.
- Provide good customer service to external and internal customers at counter and/or call centre and meeting the service standards.
- Operate effectively computerised systems like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, Queue Management System (QMS), iStudent and Unified Point of Sales (UPOS) payment terminals like NETS and credit card.
- Schedule and organise meetings/interviews, including preparing and despatching meeting agenda and folders, and arrangement of the meeting rooms when assigned.
- Carry out new, ad hoc and covering duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Familiar with common internet browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge) and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Fluent in English
- IT Savvy
- Good written and/or verbal communication skills
- Good team player
- Good to have:
- Understand, familiar or fluent in another local language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
- Prior experience in customer service or similar environment
