Job DutiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized _Regional Service Support Specialist_ to join our team and ensuring the seamless delivery of support services to our global clients in APAC region.


_About The Role_


As the Regional Point of Contact, you will serve as the bridge between global clients, regional technical support, and country level service delivery teams to ensure successful project deployment, SLA fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Supervise Deployment
  • Manage device deployment within a multistakeholder environment, including the coordination of hardware installation, configuration, user setup, and MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities.

Coordinate Technical Troubleshooting
  • Manage customer escalations by coordinating communication internally and externally with various stakeholders leading to issue resolution.

Manage Service Issues & Escalations
  • Track and report on solution deployment issues, liaise with Global Teams to ensure timely follow up and closure of service tickets.

Support Business Review
  • Provide timely updates and data support to Account Managers regarding device performance and service request status.

Refine Service Workflows
  • Contribute expertise and work with country teams to ensure service support workflows defined by global clients are implemented within system capabilities.

Job Requirements / Experience

  • More than 6 years working experience in a technical support role within the field service support field.
  • Understandings of incidents management and change management processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to work with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Handson experience troubleshooting networks/connectivity preferred.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
