M&e Coordinator - Singapore - ZHENGDA CORPORATION PTE. LTD.
Description
Coordinate and management of all M&E works- Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Prepare structural penetration shopdrawing for approval
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Residential & Commercial projects
- Approximately 3 years of relevant Main Contractor experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
