Responsibilities:

Analyzing Data:

• Utilize data analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the data science team to develop predictive models and data-driven strategies.

Product Development:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize home loan products and services based on market insights and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product development initiatives.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive new business and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities, recommend product enhancements, and define the go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the home loan business.

Initiative and Innovation:

• Develop new initiatives and strategies to differentiate our home loan offerings in the market.
• Streamline processes, optimize customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
