Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's public image through effective communication strategies
  • Develop and execute public relations campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications to enhance RRecruiter's visibility in the market
  • Create and maintain a strong social media presence for the company on various platforms
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports on the company's public image
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise press releases and other communications
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or working with an executive search firm is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using social media analytics tools.
