**About this Role: The Finance & Ops role role will have multiple facet to it including Finance, Operations and HR


Here are the details:

Finance related:


  • This role will be solely responsible for accounts payables and accounts receivables, including generating invoices and client follow up for payment release.
  • Run daily finance operations including data entry and organization of files
  • In charge of expense management and expense reporting
  • Prepare quarterly financial reports
  • Serve as the key liaison with our outsourced accounting company which takes care of bookkeeping, GST reports, adhoc filing, etc.

Operations related:


  • In chage of office assets management, general administration, and office maintenance
  • Providing administration support to CEO to assist in business related bookings.
  • Run office supplies and pantry
  • Manage client contracts and keep these up to date.
  • Manage logistics for client facing recruitment events (training provided)

HR Related:


  • Run payroll including commission calculations for sales team
  • Establish and maintain department records and company organization charts
  • Run the leave maintenance

What we look for:


CORE SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of employment laws in Singapore and in the APAC region
  • Good knowledge of finance laws, accouting principles and cash flows.
  • Excellent communication skills

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Positive and 'can do' attitude
  • Independent as well as being a good team player
  • Very ethical, with no compromise on values
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
