Management:

Managing the recruitment and work pass process, insurances, dormitory arrangement.
Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of monthly payroll, CPF submission and Income Tax clearance
Support current and future business needs, ensure legal compliance throughout manpower management
Work closely with the General Manager to monitor day to day businesses and able to handle tasks assigned by the GM.

General Administration:

Monitor inventory of material supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Able to travel whenever necessary
