- Plan, initiate and review compensation & benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
- Liaise and work alongside with corporate HR team to participate in any salary survey and benchmarking exercises.
- Support in HR budgetary exercise, including manpower numbers control, budgeting and monthly cost forecasting and reporting
- Keep abreast and updated of best practices and legislative changes to ensure statutory compliance
- Provide advisory service to stakeholders, such as BUs and employees
- Partake in the roll-out of corporate HR initiatives and programs such as annual salary increment, promotion and rewards related exercises
- Take on ad hoc projects and assignments from time to timeQualifications & Experience
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related
- Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in the Compensation & Benefits area
- Possesses business acumen, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to leverage data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations
- Team player with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Excellent excels and communication skills
