    The Role


    Responsible for initiating, executing compensation and benefits review to ensure the competitiveness of the Parkway Laboratory's compensation & benefits programs.

    This includes working closely with internal HR and external service providers to conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation and any related to work to ensure the total rewards and recognition program are robust and competitiveKey accountabilities


    • Plan, initiate and review compensation & benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
    • Liaise and work alongside with corporate HR team to participate in any salary survey and benchmarking exercises.
    • Support in HR budgetary exercise, including manpower numbers control, budgeting and monthly cost forecasting and reporting
    • Keep abreast and updated of best practices and legislative changes to ensure statutory compliance
    • Provide advisory service to stakeholders, such as BUs and employees
    • Partake in the roll-out of corporate HR initiatives and programs such as annual salary increment, promotion and rewards related exercises
    • Take on ad hoc projects and assignments from time to timeQualifications & Experience
    • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in the Compensation & Benefits area
    • Possesses business acumen, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to leverage data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations
    • Team player with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent excels and communication skills
