- Responsible for management of work-injury cases, including but not limited to conducting interviews, filing work injury report, processing claims and conducting claim analysis.
- Liaise with benefit vendors/providers in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs
- Provide advice on the day-to-day application of benefits policies, programs, and procedures
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Basic understanding of WICA provision/requirements Preferably with relevant experience.
- Analytical, independent, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Enjoy interactions with people
