    Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be required to lead and manage a team in Country Food's business and strategy planning.

    He/ she will be required manage demand/ supply, implement S&OP to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned, and meeting long term business objectives.

    He/ she will also be required to lead digitalization projects.

    Close collaboration and frequent engagement with various cross-functional teams for the planning and delivery are needed to support the business objectives.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage plan demand forecast and supply planning scenarios and work with sales, manufacturing and procurement to implement aligned planDevelop the aggregate supply plan to effectively deploy the operational & business strategy.

    Ensuring that production and logistic plans can match the demand forecast in terms of capacity, timing and product mix; aligning plans if necessary in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

    Execute supply planning process at a Category level, for designated business segments and channels across our supply chain network.
    Key contributor to the annual budgeting and monthly projection processes.
    Implement and drive S&OP process.
    Manage risks to minimize shortages, excess and ageing stocks working collaboratively with departments such as sales, procurement and shipping.
    Moderating discussion around value trade-offs, escalate issues if necessary.

    Drives efficiencies in the entire supply chain and determine best methods for improvement with regards to cost effectiveness, inventory control and service level for all products assigned.

    Evaluating the impact of key changes, risks, and opportunities and developing scenarios considering trade-offs that drive overall business performance.
    Partner with sales and marketing teams to launch and manage product life cycles.
    Provide KPI reports to track stock (excess, shortage, ageing), shipping and product margins including pricing and purchase cost.

    Key RequirementsDrive process improvements to ensure best practices in place and delivery of long term strategic vision by influencing leadership teams to focus and prioritize critical activities.

    He/ she should have knowledge in supply chain management, hands on and meticulous with a problem-solving mind-set, have good communications and analytical skills.

    He/ she should have the ability to work well under pressure and ambiguity with minimal mentorship.
    Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in supply chain planning and execution.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in managing a team.

    Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics).Experience in S&OP, IBP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization and supply planning.

    Experience in long lead time planning as well as knowledge of value-add manufacturing ideally within the Food and Beverage or Consumer Goods vertical would be highly beneficial.

    Implementation and/or operational experience within a Sales and Operations Planning environment would be favorable.


    Knowledge & Skills:


    Strong background in quantitative and critical thinking, and data analysisExperience in ERP, APS, SCPO, DRP, Control Tower systems and processes including Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Optimization, Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning.

    Deep knowledge of IBP policies and procedures and how to re-engineer planning processes to optimize the performance of a distributor/value-add manufacturing supply chain.

    Business partnering exposure.
    Strong written and oral communication skills.
