- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office

- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, office admin, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing inventory and office supplies
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
