Our client is one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia. They provide world-class distribution, digital and commercial services to support the growing healthcare needs in this region.

Responsibilities:

To ensure daily/ weekly production orders are completed on time per given turnaround for order fulfillment
Effective resource, capacity planning and utilization is required to ensure operations profits
Work closely with Production Planning Section to review and ensure available capacity to cope up quarterly orders fluctuation
Lead and develop team leaders and QC to ensure products quality standards are met
Responsible in develop, update, and maintenance of production SOP and work instructions in quality management system
Maintain good workers discipline at all time in following company's policy
Ensure all workers are compliant to procedures related to job specifications such as GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, ISO 9002, and PRN Redressing Instructions
Regularly update employees on issues related to performance and KPI
Develop and recommend improvements on facilities, equipment, and workflow to ensure safety, good quality, and high productivity at all times
Oversees and conduct necessary training for new and existing employees, responsible for developing of direct reports

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Production, Engineering, or equivalent
At least - 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience in fast-paced production environment, preferably in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industry
Good knowledge of project management and capable to lead continuous improvement project will be preferred
Good spoken and written English language
Good experience in high mixed and low volumes production planning and control
Knowledge of ISO, GMP, preferably in Medical Devices/ Pharmaceutical
Good working knowledge of SAP - ERP, CRP, EWW, BI, SCM, SRM (whichever applicable)
