Description
We are looking for a Key Executive Officer (KEO) to helm the a new real estate agency.

  • You will be responsible for the proper administration and overall management of the business of the estate agent and the supervision of the real estate salespersons (RES).
  • You will be putting in place standard operating procedures and guidelines such as for training & supervision of salespersons, complaintshandling & dispute resolution, advertising & printing of publicity materials, protection of confidentiality of clients' information and service standards for its operations.
  • Depending on your interest and inclination, you could play an administration role or a partner to the business

Experience
More than 3 years of KEO experience in an Estate Agency (EA).


Requirements:


  • Possesses all the valid certification and qualification of a KEO as per outlined by the Council of Estate Agencies.
  • Ability to work independently and also rally a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Education

  • Possess a pass in the
    Real Estate Agency (REA) examination, or equivalent
