**Business Development Executives


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
  • To build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
  • Responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
**Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in sales or client engagement.

  • Hunter mentality and a "no fear" approach to prospecting clients.
  • Highly motivated, selfdriven, and resultsoriented individuals.
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Required language: English.
  • Proven ability to work with internal and external business partners.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
