    Description

    About the Role

    This role will be responsible for providing assistance to the Client Events Manager to run successful events programs across the region, while working with key stakeholders to define event objectives and thoughtfully design events accordingly, measuring success following the event against outlined objectives and providing recommendations to extend the life-cycle of the event, and capture additional return on investment. This role will be located in either our Hong Kong or Singapore office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    Other key responsibilities include:

    • Providing assistance to the Client Events Manager on the organization of events (corporate, hospitality, and seminars) to initially plan, project manage, and attend events onsite
    • Proactively coordinating various aspects of the event lifecycle, including planning meetings, checklists, budgets, expense processing, vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, data management, and post-event analysis
    • Curating targeted invitation lists for each event, working closely with stakeholders and e-marketing team
    • Drafting event communications and collateral that align with firm branding
    • Continuously staying abreast of event best practices as well as market and industry trends

    We'd love to hear from you if you:

    • Possess proficiency in English and local language, if one exists
    • Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills
    • Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus, with a strong attention to detail, even under pressure

    And have:

    • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent
    • Experience in a business development or marketing role
    • Professional services environment experience
