Account Executive - Singapore - INSPIRE HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL)
- Quarterly GST submission
- Maintain and update accounting ledgers, spreadsheets and databases.
- Reconcile accounts, such as bank accounts and credit accounts.
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns and other accounting documents.
- Prepare billing for both external customers and intercompany transactions
- Verify staff claim forms and issue reimbursements
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, sorting and organizing documents.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in accounting
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principle
- Relevant finance or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to details and ability to accurately perform tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting software
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates
- Initiative, possesses positive attitude and good team player
Additional Information:
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
