General Information:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who possesses a strong drive for results and a creative, problem-solving approach and shares an interest in the sport of Football


Duties for the Customer Service Associate will include a broad range of tasks such as leading conflict situations to a satisfactory resolution.

The Customer Service Associate ideally should be able to analyse insights to improve customer experience and handle customer issues and requests.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrated ability to think on feet and resolve issues in a fastpaced environment.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Moderate chat rooms; ensuring that platform policies are abided to.
  • Management of platform rewards/prizes.

Bonus points:


  • Passionate for Spectator Sports, Football
  • Shows creativity and problemsolving ability in previous roles
  • Selfdriven and proactive in nature

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Open to Shift Work (Weekends & Public Holidays).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a true people person.
  • Experience in Customer Support processes.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Highly organized and able to address multiple projects in parallel.
  • 2+ years' experience with digitally based environments.
