    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Daily Site Walk of the building ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and everything is in order.
    • Answering all customer enquiry via phone call or walk-in,.
    • Provide Prayer assistance to all customers.
    • Booking of appointments for agents and customers.
    • Ensuring the site duty for agent is adhered to.
    • Setting up for daily offering items.
    • Selling incense items and maintain stock inventory management.
    • Site Tour for Agents.
    • Payment Tracking for all orders by customer and agents.
    • Input all service requests into the calendar.
    • Planning and organizing all prayer ceremonies/events
    • To prepare monthly reports, PowerPoint presentations, and proposals.
    • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

    Requirements:

    • Good interpersonal skills, able to articulate well, and have strong presentation skills.
    • Preferred bilingual.
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (Email writing, MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint).
