    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Shipping Work

    • To perform and manage shipping schedule to achieve on-time delivery
    • Coordinate with forwarders, production & other related parties for shipment
    • Preparation required shipping documents (Including FTA related documents - Tax Incentive) accurately for all shipment
    • Preparations of Management, Sales and Transportation Report

    Purchasing Work

    • Assist in Purchasing Related Activities

    Others

    • Managing and Budgeting of shipping cost
    • Manage of logistic flow (Plan Container In/Out)

    Job Requirements

    1. At least 1-3 years of experience in related field, preferably with knowledge in FTA
    2. Competent in Microsoft Office
    3. Possess a careful, hardworking and self disciplined personality
