Description

Architectural Supervisor:

Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural trades implementation on site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.

Requirements:

Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in architectural works
Able to work independently and in a team
