    Ourclient is in the business of aerospace industry.

    They are currently seeking for Customer Relationship Representative who will beresponsible to create and retain customer loyalty and preference byestablishing rapport with the customer, administering customer-focusedprograms, and processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner.

    JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)


    Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams in afast-paced global work environment to ensure the timely processing ofcustomer RFQ's; spot quote follow up; purchase order review; and orderentry activities.

    Manage all post-order administration activities (i.e. date changes,quantity changes, expedites, etc.), review open order reports andproactively resolve order holds for the successful delivery of productsand services according to customer needs.


    Collaborate closely with other sales staff and often liaise withinternal teams such as Product Management, Quality, and MaterialsManagement regarding issues such as pricing, delivery, and terms to ensurethe accuracy of quotes and to address customer inquiries and facilitatethe timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and disputes.


    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with aportfolio of assigned customers; develop a trusted advisor relationshipwith key customer stakeholders and decision-makers; and listen tounderstand the customer's environment, influences, and challenges in theinterest of building customer loyalty and creating exceptional customerexperiences.

    Perform other tasks and projects as required to meet customer andorganizational needs.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    At least 2 years of relevant working experience interfacing directlywith customers in a B2B sales or service environment.

    Commercially driven and customer-oriented person

    Proficiency with ERP software and Salesforce or similar CRM applications

    Reliable, amicable, and professional team player, driven to provideoutstanding service to customers

    Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills sufficient to writebusiness correspondence and to converse professionally with customers,vendors, and internal personal

    Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.

    Must be self-motivated and able to proactively manage time to meetdeadlines and commitments and is achievement focused.
