Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage precise sales forecasts and pipelines to aid in planning and resource allocation.
  • Budget Management: Effectively handle the sales budget, focusing on cost management and maximizing returns.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's manufacturing capabilities, products, and innovations to effectively present and market them to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Demonstrated sales management experience in manufacturing, with a solid record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, and industry dynamics.
