    Roles & Responsibilities

    Your role

    Drive the success of large scale, complex objectives by managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked initiatives and communicating effectively with various stakeholders

    We are looking for someone like you to join us. In your new role, you will:

    • Manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
    • Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
    • Coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
    • Help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts between the teams in Singapore, Zurich and vendors
    • Ensure delivery along the overall migration timeline
    • Perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
    • Communicate regularly with stream leads and crew leads to ensure full transparency and collaborate with streams/divisions to provide transparency of strategic/regulatory initiatives
    • Ensure that the next quarter's OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made

    Your expertise

    You have:

    • Relevant experience within the financial industry
    • Strong understanding of banking systems and processes
    • Experience in Risk Management Plan
    • Experience in reporting of senior stakeholders and clients, with their interests and effective communication channels
    • Strong experience in OKRs and business plan for initiatives
    • Ability to independently deliver initiatives
    • Strong in usage of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
