Executive, Lease Management, Logistics (12-months Contract):
- Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
- Location: Singapore
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for all test scripts related to REFX, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the implemented system.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to identify, document, and communicate any issues or discrepancies encountered during testing.
- Assist the project team in facilitating informative training sessions for the Lease Management team.
- Play a pivotal role in data validation and data migration to the implemented system, ensuring seamless and accurate data transfer.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of of relevant experience in lease management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Experience in implementation of systems will be an added advantage.
- You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organised and have lots of initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
