Description

mport / Export Admin Support Works;
Work with internal (Procurement, Sales and Project Team) and external parties (Freight Forwarders and Suppliers)

Coordinate with overseas Vendors/Customers, Freight Forwarders, Carriers, and 3rd Party Logistics.

Keep track all PO ex-factory date, timely shipping and receipt of goods.

Perform GVN, matches PO, checking defects, shortfalls or other issues.

Submit monthly marine insurance reports to Insurance Company

GST declaration vetting

ERP system software on delayed shipment, shortfall and defects.

Shipment co-ordination-plan, book and confirm collection and shipment of goods (Sea and Air).

Request quotations from forwarders for tender and cost comparison
