    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:


    • Handle customer service calls

    • Answer enquiries and provide information, handle complaints and resolve problems

    • Escalate required cases to the relevant and correct parties

    • Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary

    • Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly service standards are being consistently met

    Requirements:


    • Min. N/O Levels or Diploma in any field


    • Relavant experience an advantage
