Job Responsibilities

Provide strong technical leadership to the development team, ensuring the use of best practices in web3 technologies, blockchain integration, and modern web development.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to design and architect innovative, stable, secure, and userfriendly retail software solutions.
Handson development of key components, reviewing code, and ensuring the team delivers highquality code on time.
Oversee the integration of blockchain technology (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) into our product, exploring the potential of decentralized solutions for retail
Stay uptodate with the latest web3 and blockchain technologies, evaluating their relevance to our product, and making recommendations for adoption.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines
Minium 5 years exp as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer in web development, with a focus on web3, blockchain, or related technologies such as Ethereum (Ethers, Web3)
Proficient in Smart contract development (Solidity)
Familiar with Full Stack development
Familiar with Python backend frameworks
Experience working on consumer facing products is a plus
